Claims Process

Storm:

Home experiences a storm event causing potential damage to the roof.

Homeowner Notices Damage:

Homeowner observes signs of damage on the roof such as leaks, missing shingles, or visible water damage.

Inspection:

Roofing professionals conduct a thorough inspection to assess the extent of the damage and determine necessary repairs or replacements.

File Claim:

Homeowner contacts their insurance provider to initiate the claims process for the storm damage.

Adjuster Meeting:

Insurance adjuster visits the property to assess the damage firsthand and determine coverage.

Scope Received:

Homeowner receives a scope of work detailing the approved repairs or replacements from the insurance company.

Contractor Selected, Work Scheduled:

Homeowner selects a contractor to perform the approved work, and schedules the project timeline.

Work Complete:

Contractor completes the necessary repairs or replacements on the roof.

Finished Photo Report:

Contractor provides a detailed photo report documenting the completed work for the homeowner and insurance company.

Supplementing and Final Billing to Insurance:

If additional work is required beyond the initial scope, supplemental claims may be submitted to the insurance

Claim Complete:

The storm damage claim process is finalized and completed, with the roof restored to its pre-damaged condition.
